• Automatic technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of electronic signatures. This is stored to support legal validity of signatures (E-SIGN Act).
• Browsing data: visited pages, time on site, traffic source — collected via standard analytics tools.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide the contracted services (campaigns, CRM, automations).
• Issue contracts, proposals and invoices.

• GoHighLevel: call scheduling and CRM (when applicable).
• Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok): to run and measure campaigns, depending on the contracted services.
• Stripe: secure payment processing when applicable.
• Email notification services (formsubmit.co): for internal alerts about leads and onboardings.

These providers have their own privacy policies and comply with international security standards. We may also share information if required to do so by a competent authority by law.

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic and improve the experience. You can configure your browser to reject cookies; some functions may stop working correctly.

As we operate from the United States of America and serve clients in Latin America and the US, some information may be processed on servers located in different countries. We guarantee that these providers comply with equivalent protection standards.
